Refund process
The refund offer applies to Residental packages, it does not apply to Business or Freedom packages.
The refund offer is unconditional as far as the reason why a customer may wish to seek a refund. It is not unconditional in the terms of the refund process.
The refund process will take up to 3 weeks to complete.
Once the valid account holder has requested to end their service early we will schedule an engineer visit to come and collect the Multimax equipment within 14 days of such notification. The refund will be calculated from the day the Multimax equipment is collect and service is terminated.
Once the Multimax equipment has been collected from the customers location it will be checked to ensure it is in working order.
Refunds will be in the form of a local TRNC cheque.
Refunds can only be paid to and be collected by the named account holder.
We are not able to either write or hand over a cheque to a third party, only the named account holder can collect the cheque themselves.
We will not issue refunds for accounts that have less than one month to run on their contracts.
